Goto Staking in the left navigation to start.
Next, click Nominate Validators, then select the Nom Pool or Pure proxy stash to nominate.
NOTE: If the network is not supported, you can still stake via the Talisman portal in Dapps or for validator nominations you can connect to PJS to craft the extrinsics with your proxied account and use Signet to make it easier for other signers to review. See here for details on how to connect to Dapps
Then Click the Nominate Validators button
Add/remove validators, then click review to create the transaction.
You can check the extrinsics by toggling between "View as JSON" or "View as Hex" on the review screen.
