First, choose "Add Vault" from the vault selector dropdown.
Then choose "Import Vault" from the Add Vault screen.
Select a name for your vault (this can be changed later).
Select the chain that it's on
Enter the address of the Pure Proxy
Add the members and threshold of the vault
Finally double check the summary screen and proceed to import the vault.
